My Clinic Calendar

Overview 

My Clinic Calendar shows all sessions that have been booked by doctors for a clinic including yourself. You can add, cancel and customise appointment sessions to your clinic(s). My Clinic Calendar allows you to view your calendar of upcoming appointments. This calendar can be accessed by clicking on “My Clinic Calendar” on the menu.

Purpose(s)

  • To view your booked and available sessions on the calendar
  • To allocate a time where you can make yourself available to be booked for an appointment
  • To delete sessions you’re no longer available for

My Clinic Calendar can be split into 3 sections that a specialist uses in My Clinic Calendar:

  1. Calendar Filter
  2. Create A New Session
  3. Calendar

1. Calendar Filter

The Calendar Filter helps specify which clinic and dates you want to view sessions that specialists have made themselves available for an appointment.

  • Use the Clinic List to choose your clinic where you’ll be having the appointment.
  • Use the Date Range to specify the days you want to show their booked sessions.

Click “Search” to update the calendar to your search criteria.

2. Create an Available Session

This button is used to create a new available session for yourself so that a case manager can assign you an appointment. A pop-up will appear with a Session form for you to create. For more details on what to fill, click the link below.

3. Calendar 

The Calendar displays all sessions that you have made available to be booked at a clinic. Depending on the filters used, certain available sessions will be shown. The default calendar displays the current month with all your available sessions for the next 3 months.

There is a key that displays the differences between sessions. Use the key to identify if your type of session is correct and whether you’ve been booked for an appointment.

You can customise your calendar by displaying only Day, Week or Month.

Click on an added time slot to view a session’s details.

 

4. Delete an Available Session

When you open up a time slot, you have the option to delete that session if you are no longer available to be booked at that time. For more details, click the link below.
